FAB Factor was founded by Asia’s Homegrown Voice and Impact Coach – Shazz Simpson.

Whether in the boardroom or on the stage, two elements separate the men from the boys, the women from the girls – voice and that seemingly indefinable “presence”.

Charisma is not a mystical art for Shazz Simpson, a highly sought-after voice and grooming coach of corporate leaders, performing artistes, taitais and even some New Age gurus. Born in Asia (Singapore) and trained in Europe and the USA, including at the Royal College of Music of London, and under masters from the Music/Arts faculty of Cambridge University, Shazz brings the best elements of the East and West in her training.

Shazz returned from North America where she held a successful professional singing career to start a family and dedicate her skills to helping Asians develop an “inner voice” and a commanding presence. For over twenty years, she has been active in voice training and helping individuals create a visual impact in public. She has trained actors, recording artistes and has been the invisible voice behind countless advertisements and jingles on Asian radio and television.

In recent years, she has focused her training on corporate leaders – men and women – who realise that beyond academic and professional qualifications, voice and presence are the remaining factors that may have held them back in their careers. At “FAB Factor”, Shazz conducts one-on-one training and closed-group Impact Grooming workshops covering the whole gamut of breathing techniques, voice projection, diction, grooming and developing a personal style.

“FAB Factor was created when I realised how necessary it was for leaders to be taught IMPACT... Hairstyle, dress sense, shoes, your walk, your scent (perfume), your posture, your facial expressions, voice, pitch, pace, diction, pronunciation of English words – these are aspects that can make a real difference for aspiring leaders,” says Shazz.
